The Feed was the first of its kind for a presidential campaign, publishing hundreds of original posts ranging from policy explainers to current event articles to photo essays on hillaryclinton.com. Our challenge was to create clickable and shareable cover art and informative, interesting supplementary design for the articles themselves.
Through cover art for The Feed’s campaign-focused content, our goal was to effectively communicate our candidate’s policy goals and ideas and to highlight her signature qualities—warmth and tenacity.
One of our most popular posts was a Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump timeline, cataloguing both of their life achievements, in parallel, from the early ‘60s to the present day.
Using photography of campaign supporters, gifs, and our Hillary-voice typeface, Fournier, we illustrated a quote by Hillary from the second presidential debate to tell the story of the America our candidate envisioned.
